Maronda Homes enters CiTiRama at the Woodlawn Meadows community in Cincinnati, Ohio.

 This year’s CiTiRAMA – the 14th – will be held at Woodlawn Meadows, a development located in the Village of Woodlawn community off of Mayview Forest Drive.

Woodlawn Meadows will feature 43 single family lots in the heart of the Village of Woodlawn. It is located in the prestigious Princeton School District. Woodlawn Elementary School is located 1/4 mile from the development and is connected by village sidewalks.

All homes in the development will be part of a “Tax Abatement & Special Assessment District”. The lots in the Woodlawn Meadows development will have a 15-year tax abatement on all improvements. In addition, all lots will be subject to a Special Assessment for 15 years at an estimated amount of $3,000 per year, per lot. Payments will be due beginning in 2019 and run for 15 years.

Past years people’s choice award winner, Maronda homes, will unveil its brand-new home design at this year’s show. The Knoxville will showcase the new trends in home building that today’s new buyers have been clamoring for. Open concepts, modern amenities, flirts floor master suites and great square footage.

Woodlawn Meadows will offer a variety homes that range in size from 1,500-3,200 square feet. The homes are parceled out on roughly quarter acre lots and offer a starting price point of around $200,000 .

The Show will run from October 7th- 15th. Parking available onsite. Be sure to stop in this Saturday as the two week festivities kick off with the Quaker Steak Classic Car Cruise-In.
