This year’s CiTiRAMA – the 14th – will be held at Woodlawn Meadows, a development located in the Village of Woodlawn community off of Mayview Forest Drive.
Woodlawn Meadows will feature 43 single family lots in the heart of the Village of Woodlawn. It is located in the prestigious Princeton School District. Woodlawn Elementary School is located 1/4 mile from the development and is connected by village sidewalks.
All homes in the development will be part of a “Tax Abatement & Special Assessment District”. The lots in the Woodlawn Meadows development will have a 15-year tax abatement on all improvements. In addition, all lots will be subject to a Special Assessment for 15 years at an estimated amount of $3,000 per year, per lot. Payments will be due beginning in 2019 and run for 15 years.

Woodlawn Meadows will offer a variety homes that range in size from 1,500-3,200 square feet. The homes are parceled out on roughly quarter acre lots and offer a starting price point of around $200,000 .
