Titusville is winning many over as THE PLACE TO BE!

Titusville, Florida is a growing area with many economic opportunities. With a population of nearly 40,000, this area has see an economic breakthrough since the recession. Many are engaging in local business and buying up real estate like crazy because of a jolt in values and prices.

Truthfully, what other place in Florida could you find rocket ships launching next to the ocean filled with sea turtles? This is an incredible location and a nostalgic area for those ready to move here. There is a tremendous desire for this area because of the natural beauty surrounding not only the ocean, but the wildlife reserves, natural habitat, amazing man-made sceneries and of course, the up and coming boom of new home construction.

The economy is flourishing with the long-term NASA endeavors and Canaveral Air Force Bases are always growing and providing jobs. Also, many take the time to live in Titusville and reap the benefits of a easy commute.

  • Interstate 95: The main North – South feeder to all of Florida’s East Coast.
  • Route 528: The East – West Beachline to the Orlando International Airport, Disney World, Universal Studios and the South End of all the Orlando area.
  • Route 50: The East – West feeder between Central Orlando and South Titusville.

If historical sights are what interest you, North Brevard has its share of fun and family entertainment. Titusville has a refurbished historic downtown of shops and dining establishments that make for a pleasure-filled day. Emma Parrish Theatre is small venue where local theater groups stage plays ranging from dramas to musicals to comedies. Not to mention, a weekend vacation to the beach or even Disney World is a simple jaunt away.

Currently, Maronda Homes is building in Titusville and has a great new community! Meadowridge is everything we talked about above and more.
