This fall those looking for a Hollywood lifestyle won’t have to look very far. Maronda Homes is proud to announce it’s newest line of homes, the Hollywood Series. Homes in the new line take their inspirations from homes made famous from television and cinema.

Hollywood - The SimpsonsThe new series will feature brand new home designs that mimic the layouts and floorplans of many popular television shows and movies.

The new Hollywood Series will feature home designs from such television classics as Happy Days, The Brady Bunch, and Leave it to Beaver as well as more modern classics like the hit shows Modern Family and Mike & Molly.

Hollywood - Keeping up with the KardashiansMany homes from the 90’s sitcom era will also be available such as the Melrose Place, the 90210, and extremely popular Fresh Prince of Bel Air design that boasts 3,800 sq feet of finished living space.

The new home series will have a variety of home designs both big and small. The simplistic single floor designs in The Wonder Years and Wayne’s World designs are perfect fits for the simplistic cinephile.

Hollywood - Two and a Half Men

The new homes provide to their new owners the benefit of a familiar and welcoming floorplan. Guests will be able to find their way to the bathroom or coat closet with ease, as long as they are a fan of The Simpsons.

“Many of us grew up with these homes every night on our television sets” stated Art Vanostrom, director of new home design at Maronda. “People love homes that feel familiar to them, we are very encouraged at the response the new designs have received with our initial customer testing.”
