We build single-family homes, town homes and condos that range anywhere from 1,100 to 3,900 square feet. We offer a variety of spacious home designs to meet your needs – including: first-floor master suites, attached garages, optional finished basements, and so much more. At Maronda Homes, we bring value to every home design to meet your needs.
4. How long does it take to build a new home?
It takes only a few short months to complete a Maronda Home from the start of construction. After you’ve chosen your homesite, home design and personalized selections from interior cabinets and flooring to exterior finishes, you can experience the excitement of watching your new home take shape!
If you’re looking to move today, we always have express delivery homes available. It typically takes a few weeks to move into one of these homes from the time you sign the contract and secure a loan. These homes have already been constructed and are ready for you.
5. Do you offer new home financing?
Yes. In many locations, we offer financing through FBC Mortgage and title services through Penn Bridge. FBC works exclusively with Maronda Homes’ homeowners to ensure great value in mortgage financing. FBC Mortgage, LLC is our full-service mortgage banking preferred lender, through their Builder Division dedicated exclusively to Maronda Homes. They work closely with us to find financing solutions for you – the Maronda homebuyer – and help you afford the home of your dreams! 6. Can you help me sell my current house?
Yes. Maronda Homes wants to help you achieve all of your home ownership goals. That’s why we offer our services to point you in the right direction to get your house sold. 7. What does the Home Owner’s Association do?
The purpose of the Home Owner’s Association (HOA) is to protect each community’s image and value by implementing specific guidelines in order to maintain a welcoming appearance.
