Citirama, the new urban home showcase from the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati that almost always is held within the city of Cincinnati, is headed to a new part of the region next year.
The home show is scheduled to be held in the city of Springdale at a new community called Springrose. , will have 50 single-family home sites and is located at Kemper Road and Rose Lane.
The price of all our homes includes the cost of a standard lot. All specific pricing of options and upgrades are handled on-site. Springrose will have lots with four different widths, 40, 48, 50 and 60 foot lots. all lots shall front on public streets. a few lots will have private alley access on the rear property lines. There will be a 15 year 100% property tax abatement for the homes.
Also, all homeowners in the community will take advantage of a 20 year property tax abatement
In addition, the HBA will construct its first-ever demonstration home at the site. This home will provide an opportunity for the public and HBA members to learn about new residential construction products, materials and home construction science. Construction career-minded students will also be able to use the home as a lab to learn various phases of the home building process.
Springrose will be located in Princeton School District and is within walking distance of the Springdale Community Center. Citirama 2019 is scheduled for Sept. 7 to Sept. 15.
Citirama is typically located in the city of Cincinnati, but the 2017 edition of the home show was in the village of Woodlawn. The development, Woodlawn Meadows, included 43 total single-family homes.
Citirama was created in 1996 as a partnership between the homebuilders association and the city of Cincinnati to create new homeownership opportunities.
