2021 Annual Gala: Seminole County Sheriff’s Foundation and Orlando Police Foundation
A Home Built on Generosity
This year for the 2021 Seminole County Sheriff’s Foundation and Orlando Police Foundation Gala, Maronda Homes built a 1,601 square foot, four bed, two bath, single-family “Hero Home” for the members of the Sheriff Foundation. Various partners, contractors, and vendors generously donated their time, materials, and support to help make the home come to life.
Located at 2050 1st Ave in Daytona Park Estates Community in DeLand, the home recently sold for $250,000, 100% of the proceeds benefiting the charity. The home will be used to help the Foundation further support first responders of the Seminole County Sheriff’s office and other local agencies, as well as their families during emergencies.
Back in February, the “Hero Home” had a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by The Board of Directors of the Seminole County Sheriff Foundation and Sheriff Dennis Lemma.
