Step One: Explore 

Our website is flooded with online tools that give you the full vision of your Maronda Home. We have an extensive photo gallery of our dozens of floor plans. Our 360 Tours give you a complete tour of the floor design with completed furniture. The Color Selection features lets you try different color features on cabinets, the outside stoning/coloring, and the inner walls. Design your home so that you can visualize what all your creative designs looks together. Finally, we have multiple live community maps which shows where each lot is located and if it is still available to purchase.

Step Two: Call our Internet Sales Team 

Our Internet Sales Team is available all days of the week to answer your calls, texts, and emails. Their job is to be your first contact with the company and to answer your questions about the communities that you have been exploring on our website. They can answer general questions about pricing, lot availability, amenities, and HOA. Most importantly, they can set you up with a phone/video appointment with that community’s sales representative. Find the internet concierge number under the “community details” in the community that you are looking to purchase your home.

Step Three: Schedule a Phone or Video Appointment 

THIS appointment is where the fun really begins. Our Sales Representatives answer all your questions from siding options to mortgage payments. During your appointment you can discuss the best floor plans for your family, the options for your budget, and you can even pick the lot on which your house will be built! You receive a private tour of inventory or model home designs, get shown communities and lots, review selections and options offered for your home design of choice, and receive answers to any questions you may have so far.

Step Four: Schedule Selection Consult 

Once you have your floor design, your options, and your lot chosen you can schedule a meeting with your selection consultant. This appointment will help you solidify the final details of your home. Will you choose a dark stone siding or a light stone siding? Will you add on the finished basement or is it something that maybe your family doesn’t need? These are all things that our team will help you with so that you can make the best decisions regarding these details.

Step Five: Make Final Selections

Once you have met with our consultant, had time to sleep on all of your options, it is now time to select! At this time you submit your exterior options for your home. The final interior selections like flooring, cabinetry, wall color, and any options/upgrades to your floor plan are completed AFTER Step Six. Hold in there! You are so close to starting construction on your forever home.

Step Six: Sign via Docusign! 

With our new Docusign feature you are now able to sign your contract right from your personal computer. Your Sales Representative will send you the documents through email. Submit your contract along with your signatures and E-deposit.

Congratulations! You are a new homebuyer! Now you get to submit your interior options for your home and start construction!
