New Live-Lot Maps Keep Buyers In The Know!

Live-Lot Maps Are Here!

New construction offers a complicated problem. With new construction going up, new phases being added its hard for the home buyer to know what’s available for them when considering going with a builder.

Daily updates, so no more driving around!

The availability of lots can change daily with swaps, cancellations and new phases being added! The new Live-Lot maps update daily so you don’t have to go driving around a community trying to figure out which community has lots, which ones are available or sold thanks to last night’s windstorm blowing down all the signs!

Maronda Homes is excited to unveil our new Live-Lot maps that will take the guesswork out of searching for the new lot in your dream community.

With color coded interactive maps home buyers are sure to be able to find everything they need when searching for the perfect lot for their new Maronda Home. Whether it’s trying to find that perfect corner lot or that Move In Ready lot at the end of block, the new Live-Lot interactive map takes the guesswork out of it.

The color coded key indicates the status of the lots on the map. Red indicates a sold lot, Yellow indicates a pending sale, Blue indicates an inventory home available, and green indicates an unsold or available lot. Clicking on a sold, pended, or express home lot will also show you which type of home is being built there so you can get a feel for the whole neighborhood.
