As a Land Acquisition Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the purchase of land for development of single family and multifamily residential real estate communities in and around the Columbus and Cincinnati markets. The Land Acquisition Manager will work independently to identify prime locations, perform financial analysis, and negotiate land purchase agreements with individual land holders and developers.
The Land Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying prime locations, negotiating terms and purchasing properties in the Columbus and Cincinnati markets. Candidate will have a general working knowledge of subdivision and zoning ordinances. The Land Manager shall work with engineers, attorneys, property owners and municipalities to bring a project to successful completion. Additionally, the Land Acquisition Manager will work with consultants to estimate potential development costs for projects, determine land values and feasibility, and project profitability and timelines. The Land Manager shall work closely with the Division Manager/Vice President of the region to accomplish company goals.
