Salary: $45,000 + some expenses and a 1% commission on all sales.
An experienced candidate has the ability to earn 80-110k by hitting sales goals
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
Obtain and follow up on sales leads and record daily customer traffic and customer information utilizing company designated tracking tools
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Perform in-depth needs analysis with your customers
Convey brand value and advantages to prospects trough model home demonstrations
Guide and counsel buyers through the new home sales process
Negotiate and procure sales
Complete accurate and timely paperwork
Drive Realtor sales through constant relationship building and marketing to local real estate offices.
Develop an in-depth knowledge of the competitive marketplace
Proficiency with Microsoft Office,CRM and other systems
Committed to the continuing development of sales skills
Minimal travel required
Must have an e-mail capable phone and computer
Perform all other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a valid driver’s license
College degreed preferred but not required
Must have good communication skills and be organized
Must be a top sales professional with 3+ years of proven sales success.
Professional appearance and demeanor are required
Demonstrate an enthusiasm to learn and be trained
Must possess a competitive spirit with a strong drive for financial success.
A willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays.
