Sugarmill Woods was designed with ecologically-minded planning from the beginning with naturally wooded home sites throughout. In fact, our community was designed with greenbelts throughout community to keep the natural feel. Sugarmill Woods is comprised of several "Villages," each providing its own unique neighborhood feel. We currently build in Oak and Cypress Villages of Sugarmill Woods.
We are a deed-restricted resort community with scattered lots, meaning that you can choose from one of our lots in the community or supply your own for us to build on. This means that the starting prices advertised do not include the lot price. Our deed restrictions will keep the integrity of the community for years to come. Best of all, the yearly HOA fees are only around $150 per year.
