Variables such as the community’s development or homesite status, the permitting process, or even the weather play a role in the construction timeframe.
Build Times Per Region:
- Southern Alabama: 8-10 months
- Greater Pittsburgh: 6-8 months
- Greater Columbus: 6-9 months
- Greater Cincinnati: 6-10 months
- Northern Florida: 8-10 months
- Central Florida: 6-9 months
- East Coast Florida: 8-10 months
- Gulf Coast Florida: 12-14+ months
- Greater Panhandle Florida:
- Virginia: 4-6 months
- West Virginia: 5-7 months
