My fiancé and I were looking for a house for over a year and a half, and one day we happened to scroll on Zillow and found a new build that we fell for. My wife and I started house shopping back in March or April. We went to the Maronda Island Forest Preserve model home, where we met Dawnn Hernandez. She walked us through all the options that Maronda offered and also told us about the programs and incentives they offered for homebuyers at that time. I have been a realtor/broker for over 30 years. I have sold many new construction homes, but this builder stands out above the rest! The attention to detail in their homes is amazing! There are so many interior and exterior choices to make your home individually yours! Hope Vineyard is a beautiful neighborhood with many lot choices from lake lots, pond lots and oversized lots for larger square-footage homes.

My husband and I were looking for a house near the beach and were driving down A1A. We saw a new neighborhood going up, so we pulled in. We ended up going in with our pups, where Jamey began showing us floor plans. The model home was gorgeous! All of our questions were answered in detail with pleasure. Austin was awesome, too, explaining the intimate details of the house plan. I give Jamey and Austin 5 stars!!! So nice, thorough, and professional! We can't wait until our house is ready!!
