4. The St. Paul
Clocking in at #4 is the St. Paul. This spacious townhome design offers a range of 1,966-1,989 square feet of living space, including 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2.5 to 3.5 bathrooms, and a spacious 1-car garage. This new design offers plenty of personalization opportunities to fit your family’s unique needs. On the first floor of the home, you will find a spacious, open-concept floor plan. The generous family room flows seamlessly into the beautiful kitchen, equipped with a pantry closet and built-in breakfast nook for enjoying your first cup of coffee in the morning. The kitchen island maximizes counter space and provides extra storage. You will also find a powder room on the first floor of the home. The open-space concept allows for the ideal dinner party location for hosting and entertaining. Look to your right and you will find a sun-filled breakfast nook opposite the island counter. Coming in at #2 is the Dallas. From our Americana Series, The Dallas has grown increasingly popular in the last couple of months. This single-family home design offers up to 2,540 square feet of living space with four bedrooms with three bathrooms. The first floor is open and airy with a beautifully flowing concept. There is also a flex space that you can customize on the backside of the kitchen. All bedrooms, including the master suite, can be found on the home’s second floor. The master suite includes a walk-in closet, an optional soak tub, a shower, and double sinks in the bathroom. Our most popular home design in West Virginia in 2024 is the Rockford! From our Americana series, this contemporary, two-story home design offers up to 2,693 square feet of finished living space. As you enter the Rockford, you’re introduced to a front room and foyer, which can be closed with double glass doors for a more private den. Continuing through the home, you enter a large family room open to the breakfast nook and kitchen. This area is airy and light due to the additional windows and 9ft high ceilings throughout the first floor. All bedrooms, including the master, can be found on the home’s second floor. The master suite features a spacious bathroom and closet of just under 70 square feet. Opt in for a finished basement to complete the home and maximize your living space.
