The Parade of Homes Orlando is more than just a tour; it’s the “Oscars” of the local building industry. Hosted annually by the Greater Orlando Builders Association (GOBA), this event showcases Central Florida’s most inspiring homebuilders, designers, and communities.
Participants were invited to showcase their innovations in homebuilding, architectural design, energy efficiency, smart homes, outdoor living, interior style, remodeling, and pool designs. It was a fantastic opportunity to showcase our craftsmanship alongside the finest builders in the region, and the results are in!
Entering the Parade of Homes is no small feat. Builders are judged by industry experts on a rigorous set of criteria designed to highlight true excellence:
Architectural Innovation: Unique designs that stand out from the crowd.
Craftsmanship: The “bones” of the home and the quality of every joint and finish.
Interior Functionality: How well the home lives and breathes for a modern family.
Curb Appeal: That “wow” factor the moment you pull into the driveway.
We are incredibly proud to announce that our Orlando Division took home two prestigious awards this year. These honors reflect our commitment to value, modern living, and satisfaction for every type of family.
Category Winner: Single Family Homes | $320K-$351K
The Maple G proves that time and time again, Maronda’s homes deliver innovative, functional design for today’s modern family. This home provides an easily observable value to our customers and lasting satisfaction in a new home for years to come.
Category Winner: Single Family Homes | $359K-$395K
This multigenerational floor plan was designed with family in mind. Maronda Homes saw a demand for families that want more space without sacrificing value or quality. Our Sheffield design won against all other Central Florida entries, and we are beyond proud to celebrate our team’s accomplishments that set us apart in the industry.
One of the most special aspects of the Parade of Homes is that it allows us to showcase the lifestyle behind the front door. It’s an opportunity for visitors to walk through professionally designed spaces, touch the finishes, and imagine their own lives unfolding in these communities.
