Our Sales team has recently completed the first offer cycle for The Vue.  We will continue to book appointments with pre-qualification letters or proof of funds for our sales associates to provide you with more information.  Getting in at this time will put you on the interest list for the next offering which is being determined by ownership at this time.

At this time we will not be writing any new sales outside our first VIP offer program cycle which ended on 3/25.  Your appointment will allow our team to inform you about our floor plans, included features, and community lifestyle amenities
Our hope is that we will be offering our next group of homesites in Q2.  The best way to secure your opportunity at The Vue is to get pre-qualified and set an appointment with our sales associates. They will guide you through the community and keep you informed of our next opportunity to secure a homesite in the community.

What is the Easy-Offer Program?

The Easy-Offer Program is a preliminary virtual meeting to educate the buyers and realtors on The Vue’s VIP list. The Easy-Offer program allows VIP list members to learn about the community and have a fair chance to make an offer on a home.

How does the Easy-Offer program work?

Interested VIPs will RSVP to a general information session being held March 10th at 2pm via ZOOM. Here they will meet with The Vue’s sales associates and learn everything the community has to offer, as well as priority information regarding prequalification, pricing, premiums, included features, available upgrades, and more.

All buyers must present a prequalification letter or Proof of Funds to be included in the offer program. We recommend using our preferred lender, RMC Home Mortgage.
