Build your new home in the comfort of your own
Our Virtual Appointment process is just as efficient as our in-person appointments. During the duration of your virtual appointment, you will be assigned a New Home Specialist that will walk you through every step of our process. Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect:
Step 1
With your New Home Specialist, you will discuss products and explore new home designs.
Step 2
Utilize our industry-leading online tools such as our 360 Tours, lot availability per community, color visualizers, and more to discover if you want to BUILD a new home or BUY an inventory-ready home.
Step 3
If you choose to BUILD, you will pick your floor plan and lot. If you choose to BUY, you will select one of our available inventory homes (skip to step 5).
Step 4
If building, you will next make final interior/exterior selections for your home such as, flooring, cabinetry, paint color, brick style, upgrades and/or add ons to the floor plan, etc (differs by each division).
Step 5
Final contract and deposit details will be discussed and sent via DocuSign. Once reviewed, you will return with E-Signatures and an E-Deposit.
Congratulations, you’re halfway through the home buying process! You can sit back and relax as the building process will now begin. Your New Home Specialist will check in with you periodically as your new home comes to life. Once the home is built, you’ll discuss closing and closing costs, as well as make the downpayment. Once finalized, we’ll hand over the keys and you’ll start the move-in process. Welcome home!
