Model Grand Opening: The Truman in Catharpin, Virginia

Our very first model home is ready to tour in Carthapin, Virginia!

Join us this Saturday, November 5th, to celebrate The Truman’s grand opening.

This summer, Maronda Homes expanded to the Mid-Atlantic regions, where we started construction on homesites across Fauquier, Frederick, Loudoun, Prince William, and Shenandoah counties.

When searching for one of the best places to build in northern Virginia, we didn’t have to look far. Catharpin is one of the most desirable places in the commonwealth and was the perfect place to build our first model home.

Why the Truman?

There is a blend of traditional and modern design elements in the Truman floor plan. A warm and welcoming atmosphere greets you as soon as you enter the home. The open-concept design features high vaulted ceilings, a two-story great room with a stone fireplace and window wall, and an upgraded gourmet kitchen and a trim package exclusive to Maronda Homes Presidential Series floorplans.

The almost 5,000-square-foot home sits on a 1.82-acre corner lot homesite.

For the interior finishes, the neutral-colored flooring, wall paint, cabinets, and backsplash speak to modern-day, family-driven buyers and provide an airy, sleek, and clean aesthetic. For the exterior finishes, The Truman is topped off with a full front porch filled with Virginia flair, now an upgradeable option for homebuyers for the first time.

What makes a home built by Maronda different than other builders in the area?

1. We lead the Mid-Atlantic on build time

Our team comprises some of the best builders and tradespeople across the region, and we pride ourselves on being one of the leading builders in days under construction, as the Truman model was built in just 74 days!

2. No HOA restrictions

Many of the selected lots and homesites where we have chosen to build our homes across the Virginia area ensure that your home is not restricted or governed by a Home Owners Association.

3. We only build on scalable, amenity-friendly homesites

Selecting spacious and open lots with room for the homeowner to expand with amenities like a pool, patio, or basketball court give each homeowner a blank canvas to work. This is why many of the lots and homesites in our scattered lot locations that we choose to build on must meet these potential expansion expectations.

How are we able to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality?

Our division managers have over 20+ years of experience building homes in the region. They pride themselves on using readily available resources first and ordering high-demand materials in advance to avoid supply chain issues. On top of working collaboratively with local custom-built experienced vendors, our professional team prides itself on our quick and efficient build times without sacrificing quality.

Schedule an appointment now to be amongst the first to tour The Truman.
