We are in the process of building our new home. From the day we met Todd Bostwick we knew we had a very professional representative of Maronda Homes in Deep Creek. I still remember that rainy Saturday afternoon when we walked into the Maronda office, already frustrated after not finding the home of our dreams. The one who welcomed us with a warm smile and such kindness was Angela. We were both soaked from head to toe, and yet Angela, with all her patience and expertise, began explaining to us how Maronda works. We could not have been better assisted. Even in the rain, she took us to tour the model homes and another one that was under construction. The moment we stepped inside one of the models, I knew right away that Villa Pass was going to be our home. We still went to see other houses over the following days, but we kept coming back to Angela, who was always patient, smiling, and ready to explain everything about the homes and construction process. She was truly essential in helping us make our decision. We are still so happy with our choice and excited to receive our home in December. Throughout the entire process, Angela has been absolutely perfect‚ always available and going above and beyond for us. Now, while our home is being built, we look forward to her updates and the photos she sends of the construction progress. As for Maronda, we are very pleased to have found home models that stand out from the standard designs. Having the ability to choose the materials, colors, and details has been wonderful. We wanted a home that reflected our own personality and style, and with Angela's help, that dream is becoming a reality.

My fiancé and I were looking for a house for over a year and a half, and one day we happened to scroll on Zillow and found a new build that we fell for. We contacted our realtor, and she got us a meeting with Mara. We met with her, and from the beginning, we knew we were going to say yes! Mara helped us understand everything we needed to know. There are so many interior and exterior choices to make your home individually yours! Hope Vineyard is a beautiful neighborhood with many lot choices from lake lots, pond lots and oversized lots for larger square-footage homes.
